There was a time, and this is no joke, when I would write out my blog posts on paper before posting. I thought the act of writing by tactile means would slow things down enough to provide for more contemplation and better quality. I’m not convinced that was actually the case; regardless, those days are gone.
Now I can easily blog anywhere, anytime, with this super-cool blogging phone app. It’s just too much fun, how can I not embrace it? And how much longer ’til we can just think a blog post? Ryan Kurzweil says about 2040 or so, I think. And with his track record, correctly predicting the Internet in the early 80′s and sundry other on-the-money tech. predictions, I’m inclined to suspect that’s about right. What will I be blogging as a 60 year old anyway, I wonder?
