I think I found my party people in San Francisco. Saturday night at 222 Hyde, Bersa Discos made it happen. Totally energized, totally on, playing clunky Cumbia beats that were completely electrified and shaded with pointed disco inflection and minimal house attitude. They were hitting all the points on the map.
Crammed in the basement of 222 Hyde we all just danced and danced and danced… Catharsis was had.
